Discussion Rooms guidelines

Researchers interested to book for a Discussion Room 1h-2h time slot  should submit 1-2 page abstracts describing the subject of discussions  they want to promote. Proposal abstracts must be E-mailed to the Discussion Room Chair.  Abstracts should include:

  • Name and qualification of the proposers managing the discussion
  • Subject of discussion, and key points to address
  • Expected time duration
  • Motivations for the discussions
  • Any special request (f.e. equipment for demo…)

Summaries of Discussion Room debates provided by the discussion proposers and reviewed by the Discussion Rooms Chairs to be included in the ACM Digital Library must be formatted according to the ACM proceedings template available at http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/template.html.
